Our History

Easi-Cab Travel Club was set up as a pilot project in January 1999, using one small vehicle, with a part-time co-ordinator and 2 drivers.
Since then it has expanded its operation and was approved by FÁS for funding for a 4-year period through their programme. This resulted in the setting up of Easi Access Transport Ltd in May 2002, (trading as Easi Cab Travel Club).

The company is now part funded by The Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs. The Community Services Programme (CSP) began operating on 1 January 2006 as the successor programme to the Social Economy Programme previously managed by FAS.
